Thinking about getting mine replaced, anyone got any idea of how much it cost's end terrace two bedroom, two sided roof.

Our semi detached, 3 bed, done with slate, plus soffits/fascias was £8.5k.

6 years ago my uncle redid my roof. He charged me 1k all in.

He told me it would of been approx 5k back then so I’d say 6-8k now.

I had a quote of £12k to replace sarking felt and slates on a 3 bed terrace about 2 years ago.

(just outside the m25)

It was a house that I was intending to buy, but didn't because the seller wouldn't accept a reduction because of the roof.
