Nightmare Before Christmas 100%, been a fan of stop motion ever since. |

It's impressive how Mars Attacks was inspired Ray Harryhausen's movie Earth VS the Flying Saucers.
The stop motion Tim Burton used in Beetlejuice, Nightmare Before Christmas and Corpse Bride were obviously inspired by Harryhausen as well. |

"Ed Wood and Edward Scissorhands.
His films look beautiful but can lack substance, he's not made one I've liked in a long time. I'm sure he's gutted reading that lol"
Try "Big Fish" - very different to the gothic Burton. A film about a son and his father and the stories his father spun about his life. Magical realism genre really. Very very moving and cleverly done |
