I'm a 90's house raver, although I still listen to all my tunes. Judge Jules is my favourite DJ closely followed by Tièsto, both of who, I have seen very close up
This day and age I think I'd probably last an hour before crawling into a corner and falling asleep |

Birmingham |
I've seen both, many times with the Judge. The djs are different now and younger but the music is still out there. Ill admit Monday and Tuesday wasn't the most fun feeling but just go back to a night you forget how fun they are.
You get in, ears ringing and sore feet but the smile on your face is worth it everytime. Im looking at Cream in Birmingham but tempted to a fair few other things coming up... |

Haha, the judge won’t budge…
Spend a lot of time in Gatecrasher (wasn’t a crasher kid tho)
Not been to a nasty loud gig for a few years, probably Xmas 2019 I saw Black Dog doing a techno set at a free rave in Sheffield |

I'd go to a dance festival as I can take a chair and just enjoy the music, lets do one for next year's social grumps |

I enjoyed nightclubs and dance music 18 - early 20s
I love it still but the last few times I’ve been to them it felt nothing like it was ten years ago… It feels like a different atmosphere sadly |

We were due to go to ‘Don’t let Daddy know’ dance festival next Bank Holiday but it’s being re-scheduled.
Have Cream Ibiza and Butlins MoS to go to this year.
We both love our dance music.
Paul Oakenfold was amazing at MoS last year.

I was always a dirty techno boy- hanging round the monthly Atomic Jam events at the Que club.
Considering the quality of the guest DJ's and acts they had on, the best nights were always when the holy trinity of Tony Work, Nathan Gregory and Billy Nasty played- and the venue was just perfection! |

Used to DJ trance, techno, house, hard house, progressive when I lived down in Brighton. Pretty much love it all and usually depends what mood I'm in. The scene has changed so much now though. |

'hard dance' .. do you mean 'techno'
90s music being talked about here I'd call just 'dance' music and is the stuff of legend. In West Scotland from 89 to 92 we had 'streetrave' which was a mix of it all. They are having a 30 years reunion on Ayr low green next month and it's a sell out. Everybody in their 40s I know it's going. Ayr was a Mecca for this back then .. good times. |

I’m jumping on this old thread to see if anyone is interested in a daytime party tomorrow!! (Sat 15th)
Got x2 tix going begging for SuperFreq @ LDN East (near Canning Town) 14:00-23:00
3 Minds/Miss C/Mr C/Kenny Larkin/Stacey Pullen
Tix free to a good home! All my friends have either hung up their trainers, had kids, or now prefer a good pub quiz instead of throwing some shapes. . .

indira paganotto takes my top spot this year
amelie lens did have it she went completely fire on tomorrow lands main stage
charlotte de witte is playing to safe / conventional the last two years she’s turned main stream and useing what’s worked ie here most recent tomorrow land set -1-2 tracks is literally a copy off her ktnx awakening set from 2018 when she was completely unknown and underground
But indira pulled out a put the decks on live and flooded GALACTICA Festival
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=WDtflj5ZVQ8&t=579s&pp=ygUdSU5ESVJBIFBBR0FOT1RUTyBAIEdBTEFDVElDQSA%3D
- lens pulling out a vinyl set before the end off the end off the year
indira gets my vote

Metal head couple and a member of 4 of the north’s most influential underground stoner/doom rock/metal bands, however currently sat listening to music for the jilted generation by the prodigy whilst reflecting on the times we went to life at the bowlers exhibition centre in Manchester during the 90s, mad times |

Somebody who know what they are talking about as there was no genes back then it was all house music under one banner then in about 95/96 it all started to splinter off to this crap we now how as edm and thats a joke in its self as all rave / club / dame music is edm who thinks of the names i ask you,
Old rip Tom Wilson ..
Street Rave can remember them. |

"Im into Hard Dance music and it does seem to be a very small group that do. Is it only me or do we have other fellow peeps out there? …."
I got older. I listen to Fleetwood Mac now
I was talking about this a few week ago, a wild night out involves a lot of drinking in busy places, but if someone asked to go clubbing, I’d take a pass! But when younger I’d be all over it. Good times and good memories, but I prefer good conversation over a good dance nowadays…but I bet I could still bust my moves if I hit the dance floor. |

"Love to have a donk still, Sundessentiall reunion in Aug....Lisa pin up is my fav Dj
Rob Tessera and tidy boys,
But donk is not Sundessentiall thats hard house 95/97
Donk /scouse house 2005 "
Thanks for the education that wasn't needed, I know my genres of dance, and the difference between Donk and hardhouse.....
Here's an education, Donk is also slang for having a dance, tearing up the dance floor....but there we go
