Depends on the meat and the mood I am in. Sometimes trash vheese fills a hole but other times actual cheese works

Smoked gouda or gruyere for me. Not keen on that 'plasticky' stuff people stick on. Swiss cheese also good and blue cheese for something different

Beyond burgers are not terrible (other than the price). Can't say the same about the sheese. I do sometimes relent on the cheese front as I'm not an ethical plant eater more for the health benefits.
