"Bring back the lockdowns, I was fitter then!!"
With being furloughed I was too. Either a bike ride or a 5-10 mile run daily. Since going back to work 18 months ago I just can't find the motivation |

I worked out every day without fail, it was my stress relief!!

I think it’s gone one of two ways ways for most people - they’re either fatter or fitter than they’ve ever been… |
