Don’t Cardiff ladies wear stockings been here 2 weeks now and not seen any ladies wearing in the city centre

I've been for more than a few nights out in Cardiff and Swansea and the valley girls barely wear anything at all.

It's a Wales thing or so I've been told

Ive not noticed myself, but seeing as Cardiff fills up with many areas around it I'm guessing it's a broader issue. It's a shopping city and a huge hub
