How many other people starting tomorrow weight loss and toning.

We both have made a 8 week plan.although we both know it will need to be longer than 8 weeks haha

I'm always trying to lose weight but renewed focus now as got a big holiday at the end of the year.

Just need to stop bloody snacking!

I started last week. More cardio and eating better. I had a bit of chocolate yesterday and today but back at it tomorrow.

I dont diet. I have a way of eating. I do it 99% of the time. I eat low to zero carb.

It is a WOE that is easy to maintain and very good for controlling weight.

So, I don't have plans...I have habits.

I kind of fell off the band wagon on the run up to easter but was back at it today re food wise. Back to the gym tomorrow. I dont know how im going to fair out with my wrist though

I brought the Costa sweet treats menu on Saturday and eat a large pix n mix. Task failed successfully but at least I’m being consistent

You'd be surprised

The trick is to find ways to both cheat, and keep yourself motivated.

What works for me is weighing myself every day (to teach myself just how wildy my weight can fluctuate from day to day and therefore not lose heart if I suddenly gain 3 pounds (it's probably poo and water - but over the long term see a general downward trend )) and using the food diary thingy in the MyFitnessPal app to log and plan what I'm eating and above all in my case, what I'm drinking.
