I dont diet. I have a way of eating. I do it 99% of the time. I eat low to zero carb.
It is a WOE that is easy to maintain and very good for controlling weight.
So, I don't have plans...I have habits. |

The trick is to find ways to both cheat, and keep yourself motivated.
What works for me is weighing myself every day (to teach myself just how wildy my weight can fluctuate from day to day and therefore not lose heart if I suddenly gain 3 pounds (it's probably poo and water - but over the long term see a general downward trend )) and using the food diary thingy in the MyFitnessPal app to log and plan what I'm eating and above all in my case, what I'm drinking. |
