For me, starting a sentence with the word 'so', is one of the most annoying things when it comes to people writing in conversations. It's no wrong, just sounds too American for my liking. What annoys you about the way people write things? |

"Like so many sayings are annoying. Like it must be the way the younger generation are like talking."
I was like , “can you literally say a sentence without saying like or literally ‘ she was like , dad are you kidding me , it would like literally kill me….”

It annoys me when Americans miss out bits of sentences.
The 24th of March becomes "24th March"
A couple of hot guys becomes "couple hot guys"
Maybe the Russians have been playing an even longer game than we knew?! The only other language group I know to ditch prepositions so frequently are Russian speakers |

Anyone using the words “It literally… ” ahead of a sentence.
“it literally was the best thing ever”.
“It literally made me jump out of my skin”.
It makes me want to punch myself in the face. |

At last, someone else who thinks the same way; It infuriates me! Almost as much as "are we enjoying our meal?" I didn't bloody realise I had asked you to join us. "Are we having a good time?"
Now you have set me off.

"So I don't really know what to say about this.
So I guess I will just say I feel for you.
So I hope one day you can bare it.
So you can live a more comfortable life.
So good luck "
So long! Farewell!
Auf Wedersehen, goodbye |

It's just "so" in German. It's variably translated in Spanish, depending on how it's been used. 'So' as a preposition is probably "entonces" |
