..you just call the police? Like any other crime. 101 is the non-emergency number.
DVLA probably already know, mind. Lots of data sharing between them and insurance companies. |

Tax is reminded then automatic fine through the post, insurance the same.
I was stung for taking the insurance off a car that was stored in my garage without SORNing it first.
If the car is being used on the roads you can report to the police, or leave a note on their windscreen to give them the heads up? They may have forgotten. |

Yup, lots of data sharing between the DVLA and other countries too (not sure how much this has been impacted by Brexit, mind). You can see all the ANPR systems around major ports. |
