Happy Easter to you. These sort of days have a different meaning for everyone. I personally like Easter for lots of different reasons, some of which are certainly not based on religion. I am always disappointed when people mock other people's beliefs unless of course are harmful to anyone. If it means something to you, then respect is in order as far as I am concerned. |

Happy Easter Shag, I got woken up this morning by a Christian Country rock band. The local church use the school playground next door for bigger celebrations at Christmas and Easter. Must admit I was fuming as I work very late at the weekends, but I remain steadfast in wanting people to enjoy their holy weekend. Just as I'm looking forward to wishing my pal Eid Mubarak in a week or two and buying him a drink.
Nothing wrong with following the teachings of Jesus. I was thinking of him today. I was thinking if he was around today with that huge following, preaching what he did, he'd be crucified in the media rather than nailed to a cross. |

"I celebrate the story of Ostara (or Eostre) and her hare. Happy Easter "
Weird how it almost sounds the same and is also a celebration of rebirth...what are the chances- almost as if one copied the other for some reason ? |

"I do. Although I'm not religious I still think about why we have traditions and festivals.
He was crucified and resurrected; we got chocolate and hot cross buns.
" That is good, happy easter |
