If by some strange quantum mechanics you travelled in time and were able to meet your younger self, what single piece of advice would you give in order to live a happier more fulfilled life?

Me neither did night shifts most of his life and he’s convinced it’s the cause of most of his ill health now |

Speak. Whether its just being confident enough to voice your opinions, or being able to tell people that youre having a hard time and struggling. Something i still dont do as much as i should, but definitely better than i was. X  |

There are a lot of people on FAB that are very good at the first of those traits

Put everything you have on Leicester winning the league BUT do so that each bet does not tip £1 million because that's all the bookie's pay out ..it's a hidden trick by them ..£1 million is their top pay out not matter what your docket is worth over it ...they were 5000/1 to win it at the start of the season they won it and also 5000/1 at the Christmas.. absolutely no one thought .. especially the bookies ..that they'd win it. |

I guess with age ive realised not to place so much emphasis on trying to be 'cool', whatever that is, or liked by the popular people. Friendship is quality not quantity, and true friends will still like you even if you dont have exactly the same opinions on everything. X |
