So with this amazing weather and going into the summer, what do the ladies or guys like to see a man wear for a first encounter? Shorts shirt but what would u find acceptable or abhorrent as footwear etc?

I would find almost any clean footwear acceptable except crocs.

I'm not a huge fan of trainers with a suit a la Nigel Havers on Bidding Room though.

I expect a guy to put the same amount of effort in as I do.

Always a dress with heels. Sometimes a sundress and sometimes a figure hugging, knee length dress.

Anything as long as it's not sports wear, that's such low effort.

Smart/denim shorts with a polo/tshirt are always good.

I love a mam in sportswear and would be quite happy if he turned up in that.

Dress in a way that reflects you and makes you feel comfortable. Don't worry about ladies expectations

It doesn't matter what you wear if I like you it's coming off.

My Girl did not like what I was wearing on our first fab meet. But I was Myself and comfortable in my own skin. By then end of the meet we'd had a great time and left together hand in hand. The rest now is all history. I agree wear what feels like you.
