What's everyone's favourite Easter Dinner Meal?

Mine is lamb shank slow cooked for 6 hours in redcurrant jelly and lamb stock with rosemary and thyme. Remove shanks, strain reduce and thicken redcurrant/lamb stock to a jus.serve over shanks with french beans and hassleback potatoes.

I save my lamb shank for after dinner.

Usually a ham wank first.
