Yes I have done this. Didn’t hurt in anyway but also didn’t do anything for me. It’s an interesting feeling as it relaxes and starts to slide in on its own so a bit horny but as far as physical feeling I didn’t really feel much. |

It is a odd sensation but one a fair percentage find pleasurable. Personally I find sounds with ribs or looking like a series of stacked balls reasonably pleasurable but not to the extent that this on its own would make me cum. Longer curved sounds like Guyons and Van Burens may be able to directly stimulate the prostate.
As other have said cleanliness is critical for sounding but so is selecting the right sizes and taking things slowly. Generally with steel sounds the guidance is to let the weight of the sound control the maximum insertion rate and reduce manipulation to very careful steering. Regarding sizes going too small can lead to puncturing the urethra, which is a very bad idea. Generally going too big just means that you don't get any of it in as there is a very resistive ring of tissue just below the meatus which stops this. |

Some like it, others less so.
Tbh it did little for me, but then my nerves are fucked anyway.
Just make sure if you try it to use sterile toys, sterile lube (sachets not a tube), don’t jam things in there hard, don’t damage yourself, but have fun. |
