Any form of humiliation depends on the people involved and there is no set of rules or lines that will work.
I would suggest just being yourself. Remember that you are not the important part of this dynamic. The wife and cuck are the important people here. The best humiliation will come from her so follow her lead. You might be slinging subtle insults his way, or not so subtle ones and if you are not clicking with her then he won't feel a thing.
