Oooh!! What a coincidence. I have covid too and am stuck at home all on my own feeling miserable and lonely... even my partner is keeping his distance
Ive got through 2 days now, and I can totally recommend some computer based fun to keep you distracted without passing on any germs if you know what I mean 
So here are my suggestions: Civ 5 is a classic, WoW is pretty good (although I think vanilla is better than any of the expansions) and Skyrim is pretty absorbing too (yes, all old school! I dont have time to learn new games nowadays...)
I went for civ 5... lots of fun! 
Hehe, in all seriousness: take paracetamol, rest up, stop asking for pity-sex and drink lots of water. Chances are, you'll feel better soon!

Sorry for late replies as seems to have taken a while for any posts .
