I recently discovered that the glanz of your penis is shaped to cause suction in the vagina in order to attempt to dislodge or remove another males sperm. It does look like a one way valve.
Just an interesting fact (well to me anyway)

Lots of weird stuff like that. Women are more attracted to men they deem as providers while they aren’t ovulating. Once they start to ovulate they are more attracted to physical traits. The idea being they find a hot guy to get them pregnant and a provide to care for them
I think most of your sperm is actually designed to fight off other sperm too.
