Browse the Search, you're as much likely to get weird blocks on here than make friends!

Use the lounge for fun I'd say, and maybe post in a locals section for more meet-related things (it might help a bit who knows till you try...)

Welcome, take your time and decide for yourself. It can be like any other people interaction. Sometimes fun, sometimes informative, sometimes argumentative and ocassionally inappropriate. I am not sure it will necessarily lead to a meet but you never know. Ocassionally it will also help you decide that someone is definitely not one you would ever want to meet. All the best.
