I coughed quite hard over the weekend and seem to have pulled a muscle in my side and back in doing so...I'm no spring chicken anymore ...lol
What injury have you had caused by the strangest action? |

My body breaking down and giving up on me isn’t really a concern, I’m fairly certain I’ll die young.
Injuries though, that’s another matter, rarely a day without aches and pains.

"Mr sneezed and pulled a muscle in his neck. He wasn't impressed when I found it so hilarious "
I sympathize with your Mr ...( Whilst having a cheeky snigger ) |

"A few years back I was painting the skirting board, stopped to admire my handy work, lost my balance, fell and landed forward, hard. Damaged my rotator cuff and it’s still not right now."

"Not an injury, but I’ve got up, shuffled around the bed gone down the stairs and back up again before I can walk properly these days!"
I know how you feel sometimes |

"Having to think about an advance strategy for putting socks on "
I have an advance strategy for putting my socks on when my back is giving me jip.
I put them on the night before, ‘cos I know there is no way I’d get them on in the morning. |

Tripped on the bottom step of a staircase at the Royal Albert Hall just under 4 weeks ago. Pulled some tendons in my foot and it looks like it will be months before the pain goes. Still limping.
Can I compliment the OP on his grammar in the title? Well done |

"Spent a morning splitting logs. Got to remember swinging a 4 lb axe is not a good idea at 73. Boy do my shoulders ache Might have to use a lighter one."
If it's lighter, won't you have to swing it faster to get the same effect? |

While I had Covid I played a new game on my phone a lot, as I was too weak to do much.
I got rsi in my elbow and bunched muscles. The pain was so bad I couldn't pick up a cup of tea. It's just starting to ease up now. |
