"Just got back from Austria and eating nothing but salty fried meat stuff... A Lovely homemade Veggie curry tonight "
I got sick of goulash soup in Austria (certainly out on the mountains)... The downside to having had a gastric bypass is most on mountain food is highly unsuitable, either too fatty and fried or too carb heavy, fine for normal stomached people who are burning it off on the slopes...
I ended up spending as much on protein shakes for the week as I did on wine |

Just had some pork in chilli, wasabi, lime ponzu and honey with baby chestnut mushrooms, mange tout, tenderstem broccoli, lemongrass and Thai basil. Served up with some lime and lemongrass infused jasmine rice. |

"Tea "
Sorry for being a middle class northerner but there I am. Tea was if it was between 4.30 and 6pm and eaten without our parents... If we ate with our parents it was 6.30/7pm and dinner...
So now I'm old and childless... It's just dinner |
