It actually didn't hurt as much as I though it would in my head. It was just a sharp scratch! The skin the needle goes through is thinner then an earlobe so theirs no resistance or pressure and the needle goes though in one swift motion. It was a 2/10 on the pain scale for me.
I had my right nipple done when I was 21 and that really hurt way more than the PA! 😭 It was definitely a 9/10 |

At a top you can definitely feel the PA as it enters and when it moves from side to side when sliding in an out and it moves in the Urethra stimulating it.
