Erm, oldest - first edition Dickens collection (picked it up in a charity shop when I was 14 for a tenner) and newest, a book delivered by Amazon, yesterday.
Oh god, both are books. At least I’m consistent. |

I have a small make up compact mirror that was my great nans. It contains a 4 leaf clover that she kept in it. It was made in approx the 1940s.

Oldest is the fossils we keep on a shelf. Newest is the 20 inch black tube my husband bought a few days ago.
Get those minds out the gutter - it's a new inner tube for our sons bike, as he got a bad puncture  |

Including inherited items probably a 1800s family Bible, but actual my own possession wise, a friendship bracelet from when I was about 7?

Oldest I have proof of is my house - about 1900 (Nazis destroyed all the documents when they left in 1945 but family I bought it from inherited from the Grandmother who was born in house). Some of the furniture I have bought may be older.

A set of late 18th century books probably the oldest; some books bought a couple of weeks ago probably the newest. As you might deduce my house is full of books! |

The oldest is a Brazilian 1000 Reis coin from 1927 (I have a Portuguese coin that's supposed to be 1700s, but I doubt its authenticity). I'm not a coin collector, btw.
The latest purchase is a New Home greetings card for a friend. |

My oldest thing i own ive had since i was 9, im now 40. Its a hairbrush from a set personalised with my name with my lil pony on that was gifted to me by my late birth father.
The newest thing brought were flowers for our upcoming wedding

Oldest is probably the Welsh slate coasters you get for completing the Snowdon marathon - a quick Google says half a billon years.
