The saying "money can't buy you happiness" is a load of rubbish. Of course it can! The idea that having money or possessions is somehow a barrier to true contentment is just another one of those sayings that makes people believe having not very much is preferable to having a lot.

Having a really good holiday makes me extremely happy, so does a decent meal, a new dress, a bar of nice chocolate... Not being able to buy basics makes me very unhappy
