Brilliant news peeps, BMI is being replaced by your waist to be 1/2 of height, so with a couple of inches going spare

it looks like a feast of weekend is on the horizon.

How do you measure up? Is it feast or famine for you?

In a town full of colours

After being BMI obese from the age of 18 from physical jobs keeping my muscles in tip top condition and consequently my weight on the higher level

So with my mum tum measurements I am now just fat
