Was anyone else around when chat rooms were in their heyday. Early noughties (or should that be naughtiest!)
The 40s room on excite was a hook up fest.
So many happy memories of the women I met there, and through the MSN groups that sprang up.
The Good Ship Venus was a favourite, with UK RudeGirl and her Magic Hat Gatherings.
Happy babe’s Fun House was another.
Love to hear from anyone who remembers them. |

Yep, got my first internet enabled computer in 1997 at the tender age of 14. I still miss Lumley’s plummy tones. I do not miss yelling at my mum to get off the phone while I was online though. |

I had my parents get an extra phone line so I didn’t have that problem. My problem was £200+ phone bills from 1p a minute internet connections |
