I've seen this question asked a lot and it's also a reason many give for not wanting to go to clubs.
Seriously - what do you think would happen if two work colleagues bumped into each other at a club on a Saturday night? Are they really likely to be at work come Monday morning telling everyone else "you'll never guess who me and the Mrs bumped into at the local swingers club at the weekend.....!"

Well I don't think they would come in announcing to the rest of the colleagues lol
Was thinking more do you say hello? Leave them be? Would you play?  leave, have a chuckle and keep it on the DL? Etc

I’ve met an old school friend at a munch. It was fine.
I’m face out in both kink and swinging scene, so they weren’t surprised to see me there. And since discretion is part of the scene they already knew they could trust me to keep their part in the scene between us. |

It's not always as black and white as that.
If you have a single guy that lacks discretion or thought for others, working and bumping into a married woman that wants discretion.
That can cause quite a scene.
Much of society is still more accepting of a promiscuous single Man than that of a married woman.
We personally know of some people that, if they knew about our thing here, they would do a lot to cause trouble.
It's totally a fair concern for some.
