But Margot Kidder was a super close second.... she was an absolute sweetheart. (Yes....I know I'm showing my age here ) |

Spent time with Chris Hemsworth who was lovely and a proper giggle but just pipped by Tessa Thompson was was just lively and gave me her suite for the night after a hotel cock up on location.
Also, Henry Cooper was a family friend and was a great guy. Went out for curry regularly with him. |

Alessandro zinardi. Without doubt.
Was an avid F1 fan back in the day and lived in the village up from Silverstone so quite often ditched school to go watch testing sessions and hang about to hey drivers autographs. Most would wind their windows down and do a bit of scribbling but he parked up, got out of his god awful baby blue Alfa Romeo and actually too time to engage with everyone. I love him.
I was do sad to hear of his awful crash where he lost both of his legs and followed his recovery closely. I cried to hear he had managed to walk down the aisle to get married and again watching him compete in the 2012 Paralympic games. Best human ever. |

"Ryan Reynolds.
We're now married.
Ssshhhhhh"
Apparently he has bought a house in the next village to me so my friend says, near her house, not sure if it's true or not but would make sense seeing as Wrexham AFC is only 10 minutes away.

I used to manage the Orange store (back before EE) in Carnaby Street so met a lot of celebrities there.
Suggs and David Haye were the nicest. Kiera Knightly and Patrick Stewart weren't very nice. |

Point Nemo, Cumbria |
I once spent an afternoon and evening in the company of Humphrey Lyttelton, George Chisholm and Acker Bilk at a jazz festival a long time back - they all just came to my table and parked themselves there as they took their turns on stage and then stayed into the early hours. It was one of the best night's banter ever and they were an absolute delight.
I get the chance to sit and chat with Nik Turner every so often too... he's another real gent. |

He is one bloke I would love to meet spent years growing up in northern Ireland around the North West 200 and if it was to dangerous to race people would look at him to see what he thought about it seems to have alot of time for his fans |

Stephen Mulhern. He stayed in my hotel whilst filming in derby for the new series of In For A Penny. Absolute gem of a guy. Even did a selfie video for my mum who's a big fan. No trouble at all and such a wonderful guy |

Frankie Vaughan (give me the moonlight, give me the girl, and leave the rest to me).
Back in the 80’s I was staying at a hotel by Southend Airport on business. Some guys who worked for the same company invited me to the bar and we had a hard drinking evening. About midnight the front door opened and Frankie walked in wearing evening suit and make up, obviously come straight from stage as he was appearing locally. He had his wife and 2 grandchildren with him. Some of the guys who were a bit d*unk called out some comments and started taking the piss.
Frankie walked around to say hello and shake hands with everyone there, ordered drinks for us all on his tab and apologised that he couldn’t join us as they had to get the grandchildren tucked up in bed.
Everyone was completely won over by his good humour and charisma. |

Divina de Campo.
I'm lucky to have known her for a number of years. She did part of the entertainment for my 50th birthday before she was on
The Voice, Drag Race etc.
So sweet, open and funny, and a big spokeperson for the LGBTQ community |

Mick Hucknall - not a fan of Simply Red's music at all but I met him at a lunch one time as we ended up sat next to each other and he was a thoroughly decent chap and very, very good company. |

The Duke of York.
When I was five him and the Queen came to open a local hospital, The police would not allow the children to climb over the barriers to give flowers to the Queen so the Duke of York himself and Some of his entourage were lifting the children over the barriers including myself so they could give flowers to the Queen. When I got to the Queen I was so overcome with excitement I actually wet myself! He laughed and told me it happens to us all so not to worry and told one of his security detail to take me back to my mum as I stood there sobbing. |

Ray Wilkins - met him as a kid at a football trial and he came over in the carpark as we were leaving to offer his support and often sat at the table next to him at a Spanish restaurant on the Kings rd before Chelsea games and he literally had time for everyone and was so polite - a real gentlman |

Rik Mayall after one of his standup gigs. He was very polite and chatted with us for a long time. Had pictures taken and gave autographs. Quite different to his more manic on screen persona. Much loved and much missed. |

Shared a journey with the actor that played Jaws in the James Bond movies. Very gentle older man when I met him with lots of stories and time to tell them. He died a few months after I met him. Met a very humble story teller that night. Aspire to life a life with as many stories as him. |
