Very good point, we see a lot of photos of women on single guy’s profiles. We do wonder if the women have any knowledge that a photo of them is on here mmmmmm, very good point indeed x

not just singles. Anything that has more ppl than the profile could be up for removing. .

Although TBF most pics look the same ! "This is back of the gal I did doggy" "this is the dick of the guy I'm sucking"

To be fair (maybe wrongly) you expect to see more than one person on a couples profile....obviously you can't tell if it is the husband/wife etc in the pic.

Aren't images where the other person could be identified already rejected on single profiles?

No idea, but it's not just if faces/tattoos etc are covered...other factors can be used to identify a person x

All the people I've asked about who is in their pics with them, said it was their ex.

*Yeah sure* their ex gave their permission for their sex pics to be used by their EX.

That would be great, tired of seeing action shots on men's profiles, where it's more of the woman than the man.

I had a photo rejected because it didn't follow the rule (totally my fault) I had a photo shoot with a couple from this site and the female gave me permission to post a few I'd taken of her and myself together on my page, but on one of them it was 90% her and just 10% of me so it was rejected

Do you need a picture when there are verifications and you can simply say this is what you like?

Having pictures of others surely leads to abuse of privacy at times?

Why do we need to pictorially represent it in all its graphic detail?

If you like oral, just say it. I don't need to see you with a randomers nob in your mouth

I would be happy to comply with only me on a single profile if it was introduced but to be fair it should then be couples only on couples profiles and not group sex or with a BBC when the male is white

Think another point is people are a couple, have photos and then split

If one person keeps the profile how easy will it be to get photos taken down may depend on how amicable the split was

Have seen that on other sites

I suppose either of the couple could report the profile and ask for the images to be removed as they are no longer part of said couple x

Let’s say consent was given originally, but for some reason those two people have a falling out and they’re blocked by the person showing the pictures. How do they then get their pictures taken down or know if they’re still up.

Basically consent may have been given originally but it’s no guarantee for life.

From the site rules.

"10.12 You must not send or publish Content depicting anyone else unless you first:

a) ensure they are aware of your Fabswingers username and that they give you their specific written and signed consent to being included in the Content as well as to that Content being shown publicly on Fabswingers and potentially downloaded by other Users; and

b) verify that they are adults 18+ by getting and keeping a copy of their age ID.

You agree to carefully store their signed consent and age ID documents and that you will provide these immediately if we ask for them."

Something tells me 99% of people with photos on their profiles showing others won't have taken copies of people's ID and won't have obtained signed consent for them to be posted.

Whether you agree with the rule or not is irrelevant.

I remember many sites that as much as a decade ago or more, wouldn't let single profiles have photos of anyone but the profile owner and the same for couples. Group shots just weren't allowed.

With recent law changes I'm surprised any site still allows it.

Consent given at the time is for life though, from a legal perspective. It's why you should always be careful when signing documents that have ongoing implications.

The same as once copyright is assigned to any image, music or other unique creation it's there for life, plus a period of time after death, ;

The problem is that I have had a message from Fab saying that I have a picture on my profile with someone in it that had not given permission, and if I didn't take it down in the next 24 hours my profile will be deleted.

I tried to enquire which picture was the offending picture by the way got no reply. As at the time the only pictures on my profile that had someone else was my partner and my fuck buddy both of who had given me permission and had the similar pictures on their profile which they had my permission.

So what I am saying is that it can be abused by people.

And that's why the site put it in writing in the rules that you'd need to be able to provide both ID and written consent of all parties in a photo/video.

It covers their arse and prevents anyone abusing the facility to post photos/videos of others without consent.

It'd be a lot simpler to just allow photos of the profile owners, whether a single or a couple. Much as some like to share visuals of their exploits and meets it's not really a necessary action for someone to use an online profile on what is a contact site, not a porn site or a photo/video display site.

Surely it's down to individual choice whether to show action pictures or not on there profile. As long as they don't show any identifying features e.g. face tattoo, and of course most important have permission.

And it is. It's down to the individuals in the photo. And that means all of them. Not just the person who is posting the photo/video to their profile.

In my case I gave them the profile name of my FB and told them to contact him. As for my partner he is on fabguys so I am not in the pictures but you can see that some of his pictures i have been cropped me out, and that yet again free to contact him. I also informed Fab that a lot of the pictures were also on a Xhamster on his profile.

I still believe that someone report my profile because I said no as revenge.

Consent doesn't have to be given and it doesn't under the new legislation either. As long as the person's face or any identifying features are covered which is already the rules of fab anyway.

Also posting a picture of somebody else Who is either naked or performing a sex act is not actually automatically revenge porn in law. Proof of intent to causs harm or distress is needed.

Yes this is where a lot of confusion around the matter lies. As you say if no identifying features are visible consent isn't actually needed. Also as you said proof of harm or distress is needed.

The reason these laws came about was because of certain websites like pink meth where users would post nudes, full names, phone numbers etc etc. This is very different from posting a bit of anonymous tit. I think people are worrying far too much and the website owners likewise are worrying too much. They can quite clearly show they aren't a revenge porn website so they wouldn't be prosecuted merely for hosting the pics. That just wouldn't happen.

Agreed.

I've seen people post threats like this many times and I think it's important that the facts are very clearly stated. Personally I don't particularly like seeing single profiles with other people in the pictures however as long as they cannot be obviously identified it is not against the law.

I will add as well I'm not sure that the unsolicited pictures of a sexual nature Would apply to a site like this either. As mentioned above these things normally come about from specific cases.

The new legislation regarding unsolicited sexual images is more aimed at people on dating sites or and has happened people getting them on their social media accounts or even to work email accounts.

Yeah anyone in the dock could probably quite successfully argue its an adult site who's main content is sexual in nature and therefore to not expect to see anything sexual would just be ludicrous. If you got dick pics on Facebook however, that's a different matter altogether.

And I think legislation is definitely needed as I've had friends who have had dick pics sent by random strangers on messenger after posting items on market place. I think a sensible approach is definitely needed and if somebody comes on a site like this and claims to be offended by being sent a dick a pic then I'd question if it was a genuine reaction. Again personally I don't like them and that's one of the reasons I have blocked single men so I think as long as sites allow features to be in place like blocking certain profile messaging them then I really don't see an issue, We all have to take personal responsibility and not expect legislation or site owners to do it all for us.
