my friend has it ..she has a light box now which really helps, she got herself into real financial trouble because all she wanted to do in the winter was go shopping !!!!!  |

I don't like the heat or the sun, so it does not bother me when it is dark and cold!
I shall never complain about being cold again, after being in the oven (as in HK) for nearly a week!!!  |

Not really good for one i dont think, no wonder people get SAD
I do love the cold crisp morning/evenings when can go for a walk all wrapped up warm but can see its cold when you breathe out |
