Just seen the video of a 4x4 driver going past 2 cyclist going opp direction, on a narrow road Hes been fined over a grand for undue care and attention. Fair enough he could have slowed a bit as he went past, however, the lady only fell off due to turning round to abuse him and give him 2 fingers, causing her to lose balance. If she had paid due care and attentiin, she would have stayed sunny side up. |

Nope. It's not fair, it should have been a smaller fine for doing what he did and only that, but her falling off should not be considered in to the punishment. It was not him that caused her to fall. Her own rage at the situation caused that
Both Drivers and cyclists can be equally dickish. Just as there are those in both camps can be considerate and do what is best and safe. |

Vulnerability is no excuse to be a dick yourself. Being a cyclist does not change the fact that the person they are is a dick.
I've witnessed some shocking manoeuvres from cyclists that put themselves and others at risk for little to no reason, just as much as I've seen bikers, or drivers put themselves and others at risk. |
