This story is only heart warming if your business isn't a sweet shop.

Can you clarify this Y:Von before I allow my heart to soar?

When people going about their day to day buisness sincerely make the effort to say hello, good afternoon and with a welcoming smile...

Too many simple manners seem to be disapearing in this modern world of people being too busy and running too hectic schedules..

Must admit I did take the time to email the company to say thank you

*my cold cold heart is warmed*

I once had this as well Y:Von.

I was buying a kids toy off eBay and when it arrived it had some Haribos in the box, with a note saying I hope your son enjoys it!

I ate the fuckers and didn't tell him.

You would be surprised how far a packet of sweets or biscuits can get you.

In an industry that is full of corporately labelled freebies, I find that Jaffa Cakes open far more doors than pens, pads, mouse mats and the like ever could !

Cardiff

I like free pens with my business name on sent as samples. They tend to leak, fall apart and usually a spring flies across my office.

I like free stress balls we get sent with company logos on.

Last week we had a x1 free mini bar of Cadburys Caramel cake bar thingy
