Who does it and where do you share it?

X rodent now want model release forms and copies of all IDs not everyone is comfy with that, seeing a lot of meets rarely use their own name let alone knowing their actual addresses! |

Yeah, some of the sites I use that require it so I get what you're saying! I suppose it's for safety reasons, minimising risk of trafficking etc..? |

Did it in the hubby and the rodent site and did a few to the pasta place.
Also almost was in a few professional ones for the dub sites but was either pulled out or they fell through. |

Without mentioning specific sites.....
I'm aware of one where you have to acknowledge responsibility for confirming any participants have given consent at the point you sign up, but not each and every time content is added. You don't need to provide ID each and every time another cock or pair of boobs appears in a photo/video.
So if there were any issues down the line with individuals claiming they hadn't consented then the site's arse is covered.

Interestingly (having not added any photos in years!) I just checked up on the current Fab rules for photos/videos and here's what it says.
"10.12 You must not send or publish Content depicting anyone else unless you first:
a) ensure they are aware of your Fabswingers username and that they give you their specific written and signed consent to being included in the Content as well as to that Content being shown publicly on Fabswingers and potentially downloaded by other Users; and
b) verify that they are adults 18+ by getting and keeping a copy of their age ID.
You agree to carefully store their signed consent and age ID documents and that you will provide these immediately if we ask for them."
I wonder how many site users have written consent and copies of people's ID that appear in the photos on their profiles?
