I more or less do that. I have lots of meat, eggs and fish. I might change things up abit with what kind of carb sources I have to the meals, like rice, pasta and potatoes with lots of vegetables. I dont get tired of it, do you? Like for breakfast it is more or less most of the times, 3 whole eggs, 100g mackerel and 100g rice |

Biscuits.
But never the same biscuits!. . .
Cookies, custard creams, nice, bourbons, shortbread, Oreo’s, garibaldis, fig rolls, chocolate digestives, gingersnaps, party rings, malted milks. . .
Variety really is the spice of life. |

Similar things for me. Usually porridge and a banana in the morning, scrambled eggs or tuna on toast at lunch. Love tinned mackerel on toast as well. Dinners vary a bit more - fish, couscous and veg, calmest curries and rice etc. The issue is the chocolate cravings |

I do tend to have the same breakfast: coffee, breakfast bar and banana!
Lunch is normally soup of some kind, but dinners are random (limited by my repertoire rather than anything else!)
Would like to be better at meal prep like OP and a couple of other posters, but not disciplined enough...yet! |

Breakfast is pretty much the same everyday. A bowl of cereal and two slices of toast with chocolate spread. Lunch is often leftovers, and dinner is whatever my husband cooks, which varies depending on which cookery book he's obsessing over at the time.
But the cereal is different most days as I tend to have about 8 different types open at once. Plus we buy different bread all the the too. We don't stick to one brand or type |
