Once a day minimum. Mostly only get the urge in the morning because having a hard cock is quite frustrating and annoying. Just feeling it twitch and feeling it heavy.

Depends how my dating/hook up life is

Depends on other sexual activity. Abstinence makes orgasms (much) stronger, ejaculation longer and my testosterone levels are significantly higher than when I was a habitual wanker/fucker.
