I have a good solid list of kill teams for my deathwatch. All firstborn mostly I just don’t really use the army anymore or I run them as other chapters for gaming with friends.
Ha yes I started in rogue trader , quite tempted to sell off an army or two again and build a pure retro metal list at some point

I have a good solid list of kill teams for my deathwatch. All firstborn mostly I just don’t really use the army anymore or I run them as other chapters for gaming with friends.

Apparently the new heresy box comes out in may and it's all turning to plastic instead of resin, so slightly more affordable, have dark angels, mechanicum, knights, necrons and Tyranids for 40k and still have my old bretonian army for fantasy. |

Long time gamer and painter but part of that grumpy lot that turned their back on GW in the 90s when they cancelled a load of great games. (Which they are being back  ).

Ah, another Warhammer thread
Only been playing 40k since 8th, 2.5k Death Guard, son#1 has 4k homebrew marines, son#2 has 2.5k necrons, o also have 3k Grand alliance Death in AoS.
Trying to build 500 point armies of different factions in 40k, currently working on Orks and Tyranids - although I feel Nids may turn into something rather larger than that!
What's everyone's favourite online retailer? You can't say Element just cos they send you sweets (although their stickers are rather cool ) |

Always liked the ork armies, but I guess you need a sense of humour as things tend to go wrong with them in battle. A mate played them, but did it as a bit of a laugh. He had one of the original chaos marine army lists. |

I remember seeing my first space marine back in the 80's, and still have the original Rogue Trader book on the shelf. Never could really understand the rules so just played with them.
I now paint miniatures, all genres fantasy sci-fi historical. 1\600 scale to 28mm. |
