Longridge

What's you favourite CD where the music on the last track descends into silence for a few minutes. Then, just when you forgot the CD is still playing, a hidden track bursts into life..

The Orb 72 on Orblivion being one.

Stockport

John Cage, 4'33, the album version. The silence fades into more silence, then just when you think it's done, bursts back with more glorious silence.

Sort of a play on this; Austrian Death Machine have a track called "The not so hidden track", that is a parody with the band pretending to try to be quiet. Not sure it counts

Also, I find the hidden track on Strapping Young Lads City hilarious, and the one on Devin Townsends Ocean Machine sometimes catches me off guard and makes me jump three foot into the air

Worthing

You have to turn up the volume a little to hear it but at the end of Black Sabbaths Sabotage album, there is a strange little tune for a few seconds.
