So my husband-to-be was sat in his chair while I was happily minding my own business watching reruns of the Bill.

Suddenly he said to me "would it be OK if I use a few props during my wedding speech"!

You'll thank hum for it! When I was best man I had pictures of the groom as a child and teenager put in an envelope on each table which got opened at the correct points of the speech - that worked really well!!! Of course he may mean he's going to whallop about your first strap on or your favourite gimp mask, so it is a gamble!!
