Been marinading chicken thighs in lemon juice garlic paprika and oregano since this morning just made a fresh african birds eye chilli peri peri sauce so thighs about to be put onto very hot cast iron griddle, home made firecracker wedges in the oven and side salad on the plate but will admit I bought the coleslaw  |
