Training once a month on average for the past 3 years and today I decided to test myself.
Managed a 2x90 on bench
Tried third rep and almost got crushed |

That's why I don't put the clips on, worst case scenario can slide the plates off |

It's all relative, mate! If you've hit a plateau, I always find taking a bit of a break and focussing on DB presses/weighted dips for a while helps the bench move on when I go back to it... |

It's all relative, mate! If you've hit a plateau, I always find taking a bit of a break and focussing on DB presses/weighted dips for a while helps the bench move on when I go back to it..."
Overhead press seems to help as well |

As someone else has said, up your chest DB (flat and incline) and your bench will shoot up"
Can't do incline, my shoulder is fucked so anything above 15 degrees is a no |
