Why are cracker's called biscuits for cheese? When I opened them there was a digestive in there .

No mention of this when you buy a packet of cracker's, but when they come in a box they are biscuits for cheese. I just call them cracker's what about you?

I have no idea. But you have stimulated me into purchasing a slab of cheddar to go with my munchies for tonight, but instead of biscuits I have mini cheddars

Wirral.

I am of the school of thought that if a biscuit does not have chocolate on it it's a bloody cracker. Does that help?

Biscuits can be dunked in your cuppa

Crackers can be topped with cheese

Digestives can be dunked OR topped with cheese (dont dunk if cheese topped).

.

*Americans please disregard this post as you eat biscuits with white gravy

On a mooch

A cracker is normally tasteless, dry savoury which you need to add something to, a biscuit is normally flavoured, sweet and good on its own

If it doesn’t say “cookie” on the label then it’s a cracker.

As in a cheese biscuit, not as in Frank Carson telling you it’s good.

Is the digestive a biscuit or a cracker, I know it's not a cake like a Jaffa cake.
