i used to be able to do splits, leg forward / back not to the side... but i used to be able to do a lot of things...
was working on my bendyness till by back gave out. would like to go back to being a bit bendy. |

Yes I’m quite bendy x can do all those poses easy, I’ve got quite a lot of flexibility in my lower part of the body x
Struggle a bit with the upper back and wish I could bend backward more easily but it’s a struggle |

Pritty flexible I can stand 4 inch heels bend my leg up hook it on to my thong and pull it down all while balance on one leg

Ooo and the my videos my last 1 minute but that’s with me cutting the video and slowing stuff down for offects
In real time my videos are only about 5-10 seconds long so just think how fast and acutely and well balanced i movie |
