You are granted the power to invite three historical figures for dinner, drinks and conversation (no sex whatsoever). Who would they be and why?

Mines in no particular order would be:

1) Malcom X - for a black man in America in the 1950’s and 1960’s to be so militantly and eloquently opposed to the racist status quo of that time demonstrated bravery beyond belief.

2) Emily Pankhurst - to get her take on just how far equality for women has come since her time and ask has it come as far as she hoped it would.

3) George Carlin - one of the most insightfully funny and acerbic comedians there has ever been.

1) Marilyn Monroe

I’ve been fascinated with her for as far back as I can remember. Just to sit and chat about life in general with her would be amazing.

2) Grace Kelly

Another of life’s unique ladies that could hold everyone’s attention over dinner.

3) Gloria Swanson

To hear her tell her tales of the birth of Hollywood and get the gossip on the stars of the era

Geez! Just noticed how gay my dinner party would be, lol
