You really should, or if not the film, the stage production is great

I never wanted to see Slumdog Millionaire but needed up seeing it when at a cinema night with a friend and the film we wanted to see was sold out. It was a shit as I thought it was going to be. If I hadn’t seen it then it would be that one.

"Seen all the batman films including the lastest but never watched the Joker "

To be fair, its barely a Batman movie.

Removed the name Joker, Wayne, and Gotham and you have a movie trying to be Oscar bait.

Very similar to how 10 Cloverfield Lane and The Cloverfield Paradox were standalone scripts that they decided to include in the franchise by tacking the alien/monster on at the end and slapping Cloverfield in the title.

As a Scottish historian especially around that period I deliberately didn’t watch Braveheart because of the historical shit

Biggest historical lie is William Wallace wasn’t Braveheart, that title belonged to Robert Bruce

Same as Mary Queen of Scot’s movie that has lesbian relationship between Mary and Elizabeth when the 2 Queens never actually met each other

I wish Americans would fuck off when doing a biopic about this country

Then again they even fuck up their own historic biopics

Agree with all you said

Americans seem to have a fascination with a specific portrayal of Scottish and Irish people that leaves out a lot of great achievements and removes the human side from the stories.

They do mess up their own more though .

But for the movie pick it would have to be by far the Godfather or Shawshank redemption.
