With the final series now on Netflix and a film coming (Seven kings must die),

Who’s watched the final season and what are your thoughts? (No spoilers please for those who haven’t watched it yet)

A lot of things I wasn’t expecting, but happy with the way it ended.

One of the best TV series that Netflix have produced and far superior to Vikings in my humble opinion.

I was a bit unsure with the first episode, particularly the opening scene where it all went a bit 'Vikings'.

It picked up well though, couple of unexpected deaths along the way.My biggest gripe is the lack of ageing up of the characters,by my reckoning,Uhtred and Lady Ælswith are both pushing 60 by now.

Destiny Is All!

I did watch Vikings: Valhalla, but I wasn’t overly impressed with it. Felt it sort of, dunno, fell flat in places.

It’s as close as possible but they have made some deviations, still well worth a watch though.

We have watched both vikings and last kingdom. Can’t pick out of the 2 as they are brilliant. C enjoyed them so much he is not basing his hair style like a Viking. even L has been looking at them sort of styles.

North Norfolk area

Read all the books, big fan.

Watched the original series years ago (think it was on BBC?). Does this continue from that, or is it completely stand alone?
