Went for a gorgeous walk and introduced some friends to our kids. They all got on so well, and it was soo heart warming to see our girls interacting with our friends. Definitely made my heart smile

I swam 2km in one go which is my longest swim so far and it felt easy so I'm chuffed with that.

And I got out on my bike for a couple of hours today.

?

I finally got to be back on stage performing....there was laughter, costume mishaps, nerves, tears, my whole body aches and I have glitter in places that I really shouldn't have glitter in! But there was nothing but love and support for each other within the troupe, and I wouldn't have missed a single second of it for anything
