"The waitress at the cafe today dropped our drinks off at the table and my boy said ‘thanks love’ - he’s 6 "

My 3 year old got into bed with me for a cuddle then told me he loved me. We went to get him dressed and he chose a batman t-shirt. We put it on, then he looked down and happily said "I'm superman" |

"My dad (who has Vascular Demetia) remembering my name in a very rare moment of lucidity."
Love this!! Such a cruel disease which is probably harder for us on the outside, or at least I that’s the case for me. Sending you virtual hugs |

"Today I went for a walk to one of my favourite places, it is a place I went to not long after my wife left me as I had decided that I wasn't going to come out of this place.
As I was walking through the place today I realised how much my life had changed for the better since then, I also got a message from someone that put a huge smile on my face and had me crying with joy at the realisation how much has changed since those dark days.
I'm glad the sun is shining for you now stay positive, the only way is up now "
It certainly is shining for me now And I try my best to keep positive xx |
