I can't be arsed tonight either, as I shall be making Tiramisu in a mo. Hence I had a couple of pieces of toasts.

Mind you, there is plenty of food in the house to keep me and the pets going for months, so I am not going to starve.

Just had a yummy roast beef dinner cooked by my dad for my sisters birthday.

COuld not be bothered to cook today but just found that a ripe pear , sliced, goes very nicely with Danish Castello blue cheese and crackers... simple things in life eh?
