"It's intended as a compliment to you. They think only ugly, fat, disgusting women come on sites like this because they can't get sex elsewhere. Him: "You're too pretty to be on here!" Me: "Oh wow thank you, please please fuck me!"" Yet here these brains are, joining up to fuck the fat, disgusting uggers.

"You get told you are sexier, have bluer eyes, not too sure what the datum level is for blue eyes. Make them hornier than anyone else. Wish they could find a wife/partner who wanted to do this. Prettier, don't look like someone who would do this. And of course, a lady of my age...you look so much younger. Think the nicest compliment is that they find me friendly and approachable. Take it on the chin, it's nice, it's flattering but basically a line to get you upstairs.. " Only that the ones that met me , know they are getting it anyway or got it anyway. So there’s no need to say it to get in my knickers. Lol Also we are on fab, so does what it says on the tin right? My point being, is there a mysoginistic thinking that pretty girls can’t be on a seedy website like fab?

"Like why can’t you just say “You look beautiful” End of the story " or my what lovely suitcases you have? But seriously I don't think most people think too deeply about these things and in most cases the compliment probably comes from a well meaning place.

"The comment , I suspect is rooted in the fact that even quite average looking ladies can get an enormous amount of attraction on fab simply due to the ratio, and the fact that some guys seem to use it as their only means of meeting ladies. " Maybe this, and wondering if In their mind they created this idea of: Pretty girls would have more self esteem than meeting men from fab So that’s where the surprise comes from cos they might perceive it as seedy and “desperate” maybe? So so so wrong!

"I too get this a lot. I’m too good/attractive/nice for Fab. I don’t take it seriously, as it’s just another thing guys say. It is slightly annoying though, as it’s my choice to be on here. I suppose a good retort would be ‘well, what are you doing on here then?’" So many answers could be thrown at this, all flattering but utterly useless due to they are probably repeated 100 times a day to you

" Don't forget the fact that being on fab is taboo in vanilla world and many men as well as women don't want to be seen here purely because vanilla world assumes that just because you're on fab - you must not have any standards of your own and are fucking everything with a pulse. Profile on fab = always available to service everyone who messages. It is usually people who are more vanilla and don't know fab very well that tend to make these comments (in my experience anyway). "Okay, so I’ve been sipping on my coffee through the straw and this sort of comment has been lingering in my mind for a couple of hours . This statement, I hundred percent don’t seem to understand… What the heck does it even mean? I’ve had guys tell me “ but what are you doing here, you are too pretty to be on fab” But I heard similar comments from guys who I also met in person, who said “You somehow managed to look even better in person than in pics, which is such a surprise considering fab” And a few more made other similar comments, which obviously is flattering (none wants to look worse I guess) but also makes me think. Wait, is fab really that bad? Is there an app where only beautiful people are? (Apart from Instagram) what is the expectation?!! Also, why is it surprising that someone pretty or handsome is on fab? Do people just think fab is too seedy? Is that potentially the reason why?? I met quite a few hot very attractive men from fab, and I didn’t act surprise saying “Why someone so fit is on fab?” Just strange! Also , so many lovely people on fab forums!!! X like " Better something like that than: "You'll do"...

"Nobody has ever told us we're too attractive to be on fab. They have said we don't look like swingers I think that's because we have a "respectable" vibe. Some men deploy the "for your age" compliment qualifier. The older I get the more sensitive my bull shit detector becomes. I'm pretty well aware of my good points physically and I'll believe and accept a compliment I know to be accurate. I know my personality fairly well and will accept compliments on that too There's such a thing as flirting though and the complimentary banter that goes along with it that we'd all be very naïve to believe. I enjoy that, take it as a bit of fun and play along. " I've been told many times I don't look like, or I'm too innocent looking, to be as filthy as I am. This would be consistent with the amount of abuse folks get when they say no and the number that claim that we're all here for the same thing. "I was at a private party several years ago and played with a couple of women and several men.At the end of the night I was approached by a guy who said that he couldn't understand how a "minger" like me could have so much success. He seemed genuinely baffled! Mike PS I have never been good looking but that doesn't seem to bother some people." Why would anybody feel the need to say that?

"There is a huge gap between thinking someone "needs" to be on here for sex or acknowledging someone "wants" to be on here for sex. I've explained this to people. Even at my age, with my fat body and arthritis I don't need to be here. I like the diversity of this site and the ease in which I can use it. " Nanny, you look great! Fuck the haters! X

"I've never had anyone say I'm too pretty to be on here. Feeling very left out that men aren't using that particular line on me so I can shoot them down. Damn. You’re too attractive to be on here. Bring it on, if you think you’re hard enough!! I need to pretend you're a man so I can be suitably cutting - this is tough!! Ooooo fight fight fight. Can I be the referee? Not if you're going to vote for Dieu! The result would be a draw. Get off the fence, Davie. You’ve splinters in your arse x Okay, okay I will toss off for it!! " FIFY!

He was jealous that women find you attractive so was trying to take you down a peg.

"Has anyone ever told a guy they're too good looking to be here? I suspect not, so why are women being told they're too pretty etc? It's very sexist. And what I also find verra interesting is all the compliments. The vast majority of which are blowing smoke. Do all women love being told they're beautiful and gorgeous and what not by total strangers here? I don't need it, I hate it. " !

Had the second meet set up. He sent me a clothed photo of himself when I asked and I complimented him. He was a good looking guy! He ghosted me. So what's going on there?? " Probably nothing to do with your compliment. Maybe he was secretly in a relationship. Or just a dick. Or other things going on in his life.
