Considering a move to Liverpool for a few months (maybe longer if I like it) and would love recommendations for good areas to live in. I’m happy to pay up to £1000 per month for 2 beds.

I’m in the middle of 6 weeks in Liverpool Mon - Fri for work and have to say it’s a fabulous city. I’ve eaten somewhere different every night and there’s loads going on |

I’m in the middle of 6 weeks in Liverpool Mon - Fri for work and have to say it’s a fabulous city. I’ve eaten somewhere different every night and there’s loads going on "

It is a good shout
The area around the Anglican cathedral is stunning but I'd say there were more apartments than houses now
Baltic Triangle has a good buzz about it but not a great deal of housing stock - again more apartments |

The area around the Anglican cathedral is stunning but I'd say there were more apartments than houses now
Baltic Triangle has a good buzz about it but not a great deal of housing stock - again more apartments "

Well in that case, definitely within view of the Anglican, so that when visitors go up the tower for a nice view, they get more than they expected |

Aigburth / Otterspool / Sefton Park area is nice - 2/3 miles out of city centre towards the airport |

Not many houses in the city centre. Some beautiful ones just outside of it and transport into Liverpool is great from most areas 
I live about 8/9 miles from the centre and it’s actually quite rural so it’s best of both worlds |

Not many houses in the city centre. Some beautiful ones just outside of it and transport into Liverpool is great from most areas

Ditto, about 10 miles away in a village on the coast, but trains every 20 mins (should be 15, but covid reduced services - I won’t start) and journey is 23 minutes to city centre. Best of both worlds |
