Do you do anything slightly unusual when you buy something new?
I try and keep the protective plastic on electronic items as long as possible. My record was over 12 months on an iPod once
And
I remove all “tags” from underwear. Sometimes the tag is as big as the thong piece or it just annoys me |

I remove the tags for the same reason too. I'm the opposite to you with the plastic covers, I like to take everything off and look at my new item uncovered |

Hubby is like that. He kept the plastic cover on the touch screen in his new car for over a year, then his boss borrowed his car and helpfully removed it for him. He was devastated |

"I remove all tags & labels on clothes, they are irritating little things.."
But you almost have to “unpick” them as I’ve found if you cut them and leave a bit that’s even worse |

When I buy clothes I wash them before even trying them on don’t tend to send things back
But kind off a clean freek that way don’t know if someone had them in before me |
